FAQ

Here’s a collection of Frequently Asked Questions regarding assets.

We have logos in PNG and JPG format, can you use them?

No. Our systems are set up to use vector format. Vector logos scale without loss in quality. We will unfortunately not be able to use your PNG or JPG logos so there is no need to send them.

Our logos are in CMYK color space, is that OK?

If the logos are in vector format and you have brand guidelines that specify the RGB value for each color in the logo, in that case we can help you to convert your CMYK logos to RGB color space.

Can't you just convert a logo from CMYK to RGB by the push of a button?

Yes we can but the colors will not be properly translated to your RGB brand colors. You probably have your logo in vector format and RGB color space for screen based media. Your brand guidelines probably specify the proper RGB values for each color in your logo. If you send us your vector logo and the RGB color values, we can help you to convert the logo the proper way.

We have a lot of of information in our logo, how can we make it fit?

We’re afraid it could be hard. Some of our headers don't have a lot of space for a logotype as we prioritize using the screen estate to show odds. You will have to prioritize what information goes into the logo, think about what is most relevant to the user. The tagline and the location of your casino are maybe not necessary to have in these tight spaces?

We have a logo mark, can we use it?

Yes you can use only the mark if you want. Digital Signage, which has a small header, is a perfect place to use only a logo mark.

What is a vector logo?

A vector image is built using mathematical formulas. It's the opposite of bitmap graphics that is built up by colored blocks (pixels). A bitmap image will lose quality when scaling while a vector image will stay sharp.

Where should I send my assets?

It depends on where you are in the process with us.

If you're still in the sales process and want to send in assets or get feedback on your assets, send them to your Kambi sales representative.

If you’re already in the process of integrating with Kambi, send your assets to your appointed Integration Manager.

If you're already a customer and you are doing a redesign, talk to your Partner Success Manager.

Can I consult a designer at Kambi?

Of course you can. Talk to your Sales representative, Integration Manager or Partner Success Manager depending on where you are in the process. They will make sure to put you in contact with a Kambi designer.

We have a collaboration with a partner and that needs to be reflected in the logo area, how can we do that?

In our experience, the partner logo can be placed after your logo, if none of the logos are too wide. Or the partner logo can be placed under or above your logo unless the combined logos does not get too high. In previous cases, it has been common to make the partner logo smaller. Just make sure to leave out any information that is not absolutely necessary.
